Origin & Background: Motivator has more ideas than she can follow up on personally. When she has ideas she telepathically loads them to one of her ever-present Secbots and has the Secbot pass the instructions and relevant notes along to one of her many hidden labs worldwide. Until six months ago, she had a lab operating in the French Alps. This lab was staffed by three Elastimen and was conducting work on security androids. Motivator sent many of her android ideas to this lab. These Elastimen had a lot of latitude in their own experimentation. Unfortunately, a programming glitch occurred in prototype Imperium 2.71. Imperium 2.71 slew the Elastimen, damaged the other prototypes who tried to prevent his escape and fled into the Alps.
Motivator is curious how Imperium 2.71 will develop and she will retrieve him when she gets around to it.
Combat Tactics / M.O.: He prefers to be stealthy, arranging an ambush of his targets in a private location. He will try to blind everyone first, then use lasers to bloodlessly accomplish the mission. He does not want to kill anyone who is not a prime minister, but has no compunctions about hurting or maiming. He will set opportunity fires if necessary.
Personality / Character Traits: For some odd reason, Imperium 2.71 is bent on slaying all Prime Ministers in the world. He will never attack the PM of a nation twice in a row (he's a bit odd about the fact that if he kills a PM, then someone else automatically takes the post). He goes out of his way to avoid killing anyone else. He has a perfect memory and is learning a number of skills and talents useful for disguise. He has no interest in any skill or information unless he can relate it to his current goal. He can be manipulated through his goals.
Physical Description: Imperium stands 6'1", weighs 200 lbs. and appears to be a white male with blond hair, a strong muscular build, and blue eyes. He has no body hair or male organs. Simple bioconverter allows him to derive energy and raw materials for self-repair from organic compounds (ie. food). He really likes English chocolate.

It should be remembered that Imperium 2.71 is a tough android with a programming glitch in his main personality modules. The GM can use this for any behavior she wishes Imperium 2.71 to display, and can allow Imperium 2.71 to display different personality quirks each and every time the PCs meet him.
