CUT-UPS

The Cut Ups are four suburbanites who were exposed to a mutinangenic shampoo on their daily trips to the hair stylist. The shampoo was quickly recalled when the company found out that the secret research bottles had been shipped to Liddleville, but the damage had, alas, been done. Years later the Cut-Ups are still at large, and are a hairy problem for police forces everywhere!
